What should I dress my baby in for sleeping?

Light vests and cosy sleepsuits are good options – they can be worn separately or together depending on how cool or warm their room is. For temperatures of between 16°C and 20°C (the ideal to aim for), a vest and a long-sleeved sleepsuit will keep them comfortable.
