Kånken Original Backpack

The material and design are excellent. I like the water resistant material which is very practical for traveling. Also, the design makes the small backpack with extra capacity. I feel like I can put more stuff in the Kanken than any other bigger backpack. The light weight is a plus for travelers.

An amazing backpack, I always wanted this backpack since I was in middle school, it was like the peak of coolness. I had been using it for my daily life, and it’s so comfortable and so spacious, definitely the best bag I ever bought 💛.

I have mine now for 10 years and more. I use it very often. It is such a light backpack. Used it for hiking, for going to the swimming pool, for just everyday life. If I wouldn't have a big camera it is also perfect for travelling. I have also the laptop kanken and it has the perfect sice to travel with ryainair. Me and my sister, we both use it also when we need to travel light waight. I love it. It looks used yes, but the color is still perfect. It has a seating mat and is also perfect for children. Would really recommend it.

Great pack. Beautiful color, sturdy design, very comfortable to wear. Little trouble fitting my water bottle in the side pocket when I have the pack full, though.

Hello! If I could, I would give your brand 1000 stars because you have truly made an excellent product. It’s so durable that I’ve gone through both the worst and the happiest moments with this backpack. Why do I say that? Because I bought this backpack in 2019, and now in 2026 it is still in very good condition. The stitching and zippers are still great. Only the leather parts have faded and worn slightly, but everything inside still looks almost new. It is truly worth the money

Perfect size (for airline hand luggage), fits a laptop, very handy pockets and very comfortable to wear or carry. It also washes well in the washing machine on a low wash.

I bought this bag for high school and it was absolutely amazing It Fitted my laptop perfectly and it had the most amazing amount of storage amazing for it if you're not sure to buy but you have a lot of budget quite expensive but will definitely worth it

I've had the Kanken for a few years now, & it still looks brand new. I love the way it zips open like a suit case. I did get the shoulder pads for it & they make it very comfortable to wear. I highly recomend getting the Kanken backpack.

15 years of use and I've finally retired the bag. HOLDS SO MUCH. Macbook Air 13" check. It literally holds * litre boxes of milk, I kid you not. Used them on my grocery runs all the time and hop on my bike. Use as backpack for travel in addition to carry-on, and you're set. Groceries, impromptu buys, fits it all. I've washed it so many times, the fabric softens, after all these years finally developed a couple of tiny holes where the fabric creases but doesn't affect functionality at all. Can't say enough about these Kanken bags. I've finally bought a replacement(s) in several different colours. But keeping this one as an everyday gym bag, throw in sneakers, towel, etc. Such a great backpack. Can't recommend enough.

I bought the classic Kånken in navy, and I’m really pleased with it. It doesn’t have a dedicated laptop compartment, so I slip my laptop into a protective sleeve first, and it fits nicely inside the main section. It’s sturdy, well-made, and the colour is exactly as pictured. I clean it from time to time with a wet rag, and lukewarm water. I’ve used it as one of my daily bags for more than two years, and even taken it travelling — it handles everything I throw in there (13" M2 MacBook in its sleeve, tablet, notebooks, bits and bobs) with no trouble. I’m aware it’s not recommended to carry a laptop due to the added weight, but it’s worked perfectly fine for me so far. The front pocket and side pockets are great for easy access to smaller items. Overall, it’s a dependable and stylish backpack that lives up to the Kånken name.

I bought this and used it for less than a Year and it lasted 6 months and got so dirty very disappointing I would not buy this again it did not wash off raven though I gave it to a dry cleaner

I loved kanken for years. They are so durable and so beautiful. Worth the money.
