EE Very disappointed! Lovely looking boots. Thick warm lining. My granddaughter has very narrow feet, and could not get her feet into them. Thought she might break her ankle as we tried unsuccessfully to get them on. Returned. So disappointing.

RG09 Order several sizes too big as come up v small. Had to return and reorder multiple times and ended up with 2 sizes larger as top section of slipper is v narrow so hard for kids to put on. They weren’t like this last year. What’s changed M&S?
