Second pair of these I have purchased for my football mad grandson. Every school break snd after school it is football time! The last pair just wore out bit lasted duch a long time. The velcro fastenings a big hit!

One flaw with this shoe!

The shoe does what it says but I had bought several because my son insists to have the same shoe. I always thought the next will be better. The outside leather used is definitely scuff free and hard wearing. However the soft sponge layer within the shoe crumbs out very quickly. The shoe looks new on the outside and the inside is like it’s been worn for years. The sole crumbles! For this reason it is not a great buy because you won’t be able to use the shoe, I have bought inner soles to repair it several times but now had enough of this! Poor quality!

A great fit at last
Took us a few tries to find the right fit for my fussy boy. But we found a pair. Comfortable, well-fitting and easy to get on and off. Reasonably priced too, which is a massive bonus.

We've been buying this type & style of shoe since our son started school in reception, he is now at the end of year 6. The fit and comfort is good and they represent good value for the money. Our only criticism is that the insole always wears out relatively quickly especially in the heal area. This easily rectified with replacement, it's a nuisance and a additional expense.

Fell apart after less than 6 weeks wear. Called M&S Customer Service and let them know but because return window past by one day they weren't interested. They are not fit to be school shoes as top fabric has completely come undone leaving a big hole in the top of both shoes making them unwearable.
