Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Considering the pricing of the bouquet the presentation of the flowers on arrival resembled nothing like the publicity photos online. Brown petals on numerous roses. Not the first time this has happened recently with M&S and subsequent Customer Service interactions were shambolic.

Impressive bouquet for a special occasion. Loved the pale colours offset by deep purples . Shame it didn’t last just a bit longer ( 6 days max ) before rose heads started to brown and droop ( despite recutting and refreshing water )
