Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Stunning bouquet, still going nearly 12 days after they arrived! Packaging was excellent, really secure and protected the bouquet brilliantly. Really pleased I chose M&S to deliver these flowers (though the postman didn't actually knock, he just left the flowers on the front doorstep)

We ordered this bouquet as part of our 50th Anniversary celebrations, it was absolutely exquisite! Cannot praise it enough, gorgeous roses interspersed with other lovely blooms. Keeping it in our conservatory in the cool ( we pass through there many times a day, so saw the flowers constantly) they have only just gone over, and so they lasted 2 and 1/2 weeks. Perfecto!

Due to unforeseen circumstances this bouquet was not picked up by my friend for two days. Despite standing in the rain all that time, the beautiful box protected them. The flowers survived and are so gorgeous, the freesias smell heavenly. Well worth the money and would 100% recommend. Thank you M&S!
