I am not a drinker normally, However, a bottle of this was bought for us as a present. We tried it and liked it very much and now we have ordered a box of 6 and shall definitely be ordering more. It is very smooth and fruity, most enjoyable with a red meat meal.

Well, this is certainly a wine to enjoy. Upon opening and allowing to rest for an hour before pouring, the scent on the nose is sharp and fruity. To drink this is a very satisfying wine that can be drunk in its own or it goes very well with any red meat. It really is a great wine I highly recommend it.

I must be missing something here apart from the image on website is a 2014 variety. Just purchased the 2015 and found this very thin in the month. Left if after half and hour and it improved sligtly - why two stars. Left it another half an hour and I wished I hadn’t, no improvement. Can one have a refund?

Easy drinking, lacks structure, decent value

I was happily impressed by the first mouthful, good fruit, dark berries and plums, soft and very easy drinking. However as the evening progressed it seemed to lack structure or depth, and returning to a half bottle next day it disappointed. I consider this a decent quality wine, well made, but wouldn’t consider paying more than £8/9.
