Shoes a very small fit

I have very narrow feet and take a size 3 but these are very small fit so go at least a half size larger than normal. Disappointed as I thought they looked lovely but sadly had to be returned.

Thought these would be good for work. Unfortunately they were too narrow for my size 8 feet. The soles were very thin also and no grip. Had to return unfortunately. Please make your soles more sturdy and with a good grip.

Sadly - my purchase didn’t live upto expectation. On arrival, the shoe was an unusual cream colour and the jewels were dark slate grey. This shoe would be far better in soft white (as pictured) with clear crystal gems.

The instep is too long, so they wrinkled up when you out them on; the detailing isn't flexible so they were going to uncomfortable. Back they went.

I purchased these loafers in what I thought was white, however they are quite a dreary 'yellow' colour. The black may be ok but I thought the white looked more appealing in the picture. I found them quite wide too
