Bought for a event that called for smart but casual although it can be used for either. Order a size 14 but felt it was a bit small so ordered the size 16. However I ordered the petite length but it was more a midaxi for my 5ft 2in height.

This is such a lovely dress which you can wear for lots of different occasions. The material Means that you can pack it for a holiday without having to iron it the other end. I am size 12/14 and ordered 14 which I am glad I did, sits lovely in all the right places and the waist/tummy detail helps me hide what I need to.

Dressy dress.
It’s a nice smart dress, no doubt about that. I like the colour. I’m not sure it’s right for me. Rather thin stretchy fabric. I’m not slim enough for it, because it shows my fatty bits. It’s not that it’s tight on me, it’s just clingy material. I haven’t returned it yet because I’m going to try it with better underwear.

Loved the look of this dress but wasn’t certain whether it would suit me. I wasn’t disappointed. The material is just gorgeous and hangs beautifully. Thought it might be a bit clingy but it skims over your body. It could be dressed up with gold accessories or casually with a nice pair of trainers and little jacket. I really hope they bring out a black one as that would be sooo classy. Well done M&S 👏
