I ORGERED 3 JACKETS IN TWO COLOURS, AND SIZES. UNFORTUNATELY ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY, MY PARCEL WAS DUMPED AT MY FRONT DOOR WITHOUT THE COURIER KNOCKING,, I DO NOT KNOW WHO DELIVERED THE GOODS TO MY HOME. ANYWAY ONCE I OPENENED THE PARCEL UP ALL THE JACKETS WERE BADLY CREASED, NOT A GOOD LOOK,, SO I RETURNED THEM ALL TO M & S.

Very pleased with this item. The cut is really good; a flattering but comfortable shape. The fabric is good, too; it holds its shape well but has a bit of stretch. Easy to wear, both in a relaxed style or more formally.

Nice jacket
The material used is very nice, soft and flattering. The jacket hangs nicely. It fits well except for the sleeves which are way too long. I would prefer my clothes made in UK to support local companies. Foreign manufacturers never get our unique uk shape right. Jackets are more often than not made for women without any bust. I have given away countless products where the jackets won’t fasten.

I needed something smart and bought this jacket online. They did not have any in my usual size (12), so I bought a size 10 which was big enough for me. It arrived folded into a very small bag, so it had creased badly. I tried to iron it and the not very hot iron stuck to and marked the fabric badly... It is well made and looks smart, but the fabric is terrible and it can only be dry cleaned. I have kept it because of the iron marks, but I cannot recommend it.
