I don't know whether I am not seeing a massive impact because I don't have much to hold in, but it doesn't do much for me. It is comfortable and doesn't come down too low, so it doesn't get in the way of sitting down.

Great find.
This is the second one I have got. I wear it so often I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get another one. I find it brilliant. Pulls in my waist and smooths my tum. I for it comfy to wear. I can sit down and eat no problems.
