Excellent gift idea for any child who loves hot wheels.

Very disappointing. Track goes together easily and looks/feels pretty sturdy….but the cars do not go around the figure 8 or outside track. Have only managed to get one car go around the outside track about 3 times. You have to hit it so hard. Wish I hadn’t bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was a gift. I put this together and triple checked that is put together correctly. . After over 100 tries with dozens of different cars not one of them completed the track. This track is not good one bit.

I bought this for my grandson we can't get the car to make either loop .very frustrating. tried other cars still nothing . if the hole point is for the car to fall off the track before the loop every time then its a winner. :(

My son bought this for his birthday today. It was easy to setup but very disappointed since he could only get car to go around the outter loop. Even I couldn't get the car that came with the set to do the figure 8 loop. Being designed for a 5 year old or older I would agree one has to hit the lever way to hard and kids will get hurt. For the price it should have a battery operated launcher. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying this flop. It took me longer to setup then he played with it.

The car will not go around either track. We’ve had multiple people try hitting the lever and getting it to go around and have only been close once. The track simply isn’t designed correctly. We have also tried various size cars too with no results. Do not recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such great quality and easy to put together. My 5 year old was able to build this with little assistance. The pieces are such good quality compared to other brand tracks we have had in the past. The storing fold up feature is great to be able to leave the toy built and in a room ready for play. The launcher is great and we like the fact it does not need any batteries. My boy loves playing with this track with all of his cars. Definitely would recommend for any little one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this track a ton of fun to use, it is SO EASY to set up! My 6 year old unboxed the track and although he is unable to read full sentences, he was able to use the pictures in the instruction booklet to put 90% of the track together before I even got in the room! I helped him with the finishing touches and then it was "off to the races" as he says. The track is user-friendly and provides enough different play options that it's entertaining for hours. There is a green lever that kids (or you) can move to determine which loop the cars race through. One is a longer loop with two 'jumps' and the other is a figure 8. Because of the different sized and shaped loops and the launcher being manual, it also teaches kids about using different levels of force and when they need to use more and when to use less. The colors are bright and it's nice not having a motor or any other battery-operated parts. As a mom, I wanted to let other parents know that you can fold the track in half for easier storage! The track folds so easily, that my son can do it and the hinges are sturdy so I'm not at all worried they will break. All in all this is a solid track and one I can see being in use for years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the good news is it's super easy to put together. The bad news is your kid needs to have hulk strength to launch the car. My husband and I tried several times and you have to hit the button just right to get the car to go all the way around the track. Also, I don't know if it was just ours or an issue with this set, but the track separates super easily. Our kid barely bumped it and pieces came apart. When it does work, it's actually quite fun and keeps him entertained for awhile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hotwheels set is fun has great potential. My boys are loving playing with it. I love that it's foldable when not being used.. There is one section (shown in picture) of the track on top that seems to just not want to stay put together all the way, not enough to fall apart but enough to cause the cars to not race in the way they are supposed to around the track. This is the reason for a 4 star and not 5 start rating. I do really like this track, my kids absolutely love it and have been playing with it for hours every day. With a little adjustment in the design to stop it from separating this could easily be a 5 star toy. I would still recommend it as is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This track is incredible! It's easy to assemble and once assembled will rpovide hiurs of fun for your children. The only reason I gave it four stars is because in order to get the car around the loop, it requires some force, which my youngest was not able to provide (almost 4). My 7 year old had no issies launching the car around the loop.

The quality of the track was phenomenal and just perfect for the right speed with any hot wheel car. I will continue to purchase more of these sets because my son absolutely loves them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys were super excited to try this track out, but it was tricky for my 7 year old to hit the launcher hard enough to get the car all the way to the bucket at the end, so he got frustrated quickly. My older son however had no problem and played with it for awhile. It's not super versatile, so it did not hold their interest for too long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 3 1/2 year old grandson. It is a little difficult for someone like me to put together but I delegated my son in law and he had it together in no time. I thought the track was interchangeable to make different kinds of tracks, but it apparently only goes one way. My grandson loves it but I think it is more geared toward a 5+ child as indicated on the box. The launcher needs to be hit pretty hard to launch the car but it pretty cool when it works like it is supposed to. The track only goes UP and it you don't hit the launcher just right then the car will fall back down or get stuck. A great quality of this playset is it has a hinge on the bottom part of the track so it folds up for storage. It does not have to be taken apart to put it away, which is great for such a large toy. I imagine my grandson will get a lot of use out of this once he figures out how to launch the cars correctly. The product is very well made and sturdy, as all Mattel products seem to be.
