Hooded Duffle Coat with Wool

Brought this coat on internet as didn't have it in my local marks and spencer. Was reduced on net so made it a bargain. Fits well and very warm on these cold mornings.

I'm very pleased with this coat. Although the material is not particularly thick, it is very warm and cosy, and the three fastenings, zip, poppers and toggles, keep the draughts out. The hood is generous and the funnel neck is good on cold days. I would have liked the hood to be detachable though, and I prefer slanted pockets to patch ones, as it's easier to slip your hands in! A good length too. So, all in all, an excellent purchase.

This jacket is light to wear yet warm on chilly days, the zip fastening is good for keeping out the drafts and the pockets are large and deep. The criticisms are the toggle fastenings are plastic and could have been leather or fabric and overall the coat feels light. One expects a duffle coat to be heavier.

This duffel coat feels good, looks good, is warm and I really like it, as does my husband who usually does not notice what I wear. He mentioned, without any prodding, that I looked good in this coat, which must mean something. ,

This fits really well and is great quality. I bought it in burgundy and the colour is great. I like the zip nd press studs which are in addition to the toggles - gives more options for keeping warm.

It feels nice and soft, not a rough material. Seems quite generous fit - I can do the zip up and then sit in the car to drive without it feeling tight or restrictive. Lovely and warm around the neck and a good length. Very comfortable, practical and smart.

I wanted to try this coat on as I am never sure of sizing. It was not in store nor at the bigger store nearby but a staff member looked on line where it was in stock with 20% off. I ordered it and collected a couple of days later. It is very nicely made and a lovely burgundy colour. I am very happy with my purchase.

I've not owned a duffle coat since my student days and had forgotten just how warm, cosy and practical they are. Great quality coat and a lovely 'on trend' colour. This coat is great quality and the addition of the extra hidden zip fastening ensures that there are no nasty drafts!

Colour really suits me but may not suit everyone. It is soft, warm and comfortable and I just love to wear it. The hood is a bonus in this icy climate!

British winter coats, such as the Duffle that I just bought, have a real place in the Canadian winters that we have to endure.My shopping trips start in the car (reasonably weather proof), proceed to a parking space at a shopping mall, then indoors. Outdoor time is limited - so the Brit winter weight is fine. Style, fit and quality of this Duffle were exactly as depicted - and expected.

I am so pleased I purchased this after looking for a duffle style coat for winter. The quality is excellent, with it being nicely lined and the outer fabric soft to touch. I love that the toggles are a dark colour to blend into the main coat, as often they are a light brown, so this sold the coat to me even more as it looked different. It is really warm and the sizing feels great - I am mainly a 10 but buy a 12 in coats to account for wearing thicker tops underneath in winter - this does not feel too big though, it just fits perfectly. The hood however is a little too large, so you have to sometimes walk slightly holding the hood on, but this is a small price to pay for such a beautiful coat. Quite heavy, yet does not feel like it once on. This was definitely worth the price I paid as it should last me quite a long time.

I have wanted a duffle coat for a while and this one fits the bill. Price and quality are easily on a parr with more expensive ones.

I love this coat! The colour is beautiful, fit is excellent (I'm a 12 but always buy a 14 coat so jumpers fit underneath) and it's lovely and warm. Smart enough for evenings but also casual enough for dog walking, and it goes with absolutely everything! Plus I get compliments every time I wear it. My only small criticism is that the zip doesn't feel very robust so not sure how long it will last, but no problems so far.
