I’ve used many eyebrow pencils over the years, but this one is by far the best. So much so my daughter (18) keeps taking it. Suitable for young & old er!

I have used this brow pencil every day for years now and dread it being discontinued. My eyebrows are very sparse so I do have to draw them in, but this pencil can be used subtly to feather in the colour and produce a fine line, as well as something more substantial. Affordable and excellent.

I brought this a few weeks ago and I did read the reviews before I brought this item and I had the same problem as one reviewer, and that is 1) that you have to press quite hard to fill in brows and 2) the lead of the twist up tube snapped of twice which is no good as this is basically a premium brand.

Great at defining eyebrows when they’re getting a bit thin or you have a few missing. No need for a pencil sharpener because the pencil is automatically replaced by turning the barrel. This is such a good feature and makes the pencil so easy to use. The brush is just right for blending in the strokes. This pencil gives a natural look which lasts the day.

Bought to fill in thinning eyebrows. The pencil is extremely hard and brittle. You need to apply considerable pressure to the brow line, leaving it quite tender and even when you expise only a small amount of the tip of the penci, it quickly snaps off. I am usually pleased with Diego Dalla Palma products, but not this time.

Had used this before and found it to be very good both in colour and staying power. The small applicator is excellent as you can put the colour just where it is needed unlike thicker pencils which are more 'blobby'. The last dalla palma eyebrow pencil was not the same and must have been a miss pick as my order details were correct and, not checking, I threw away the box and then realised it was wrong. I used it for a while but it was way too thick a pencil and my brows looked heavy and messy. Glad I received the correct item this time. I have fair skin but my brows are quite dark, so mid brown is ideal.

So disappointed with this. I like the colour once on but the pencil is so brittle that the slightest pressure when applying causes it to snap so I can see it will not last long. Would not recommend

I never realised before how much better eyebrows look when properly defined. This product has a useful brush at one end and the retractable pencil at the other end. I find it glides on smoothly and is a good colour match for me. Would definitely buy again.

It’s the best eyebrow pencil I have ever used. M&S is the only place in the UK I can buy it so please don’t stop selling it.

I bought one of these brow pencils just to try, now l wont use anything else, l,am 65+ and over the years my brows have got thinner, l had tried lots of brow pencils and gels but nothing was working, until l spied Diego dalla Palma pencil and brush, its fabulous as it is water resistant and long lasting, and it does not irritate my skin. it easy to apply and really precise, l would definitely recommend this product to my family or friends, IT IS SO EASY TO USE.

I bought this in July , lovely colour, very precise, no smudges.... very pleased BUT i apply it once a day on fine brows and it does last , in that sense anyway but its now only August and it ran out yesterday. Could not believe it ! I thought there was something wrong with the pencil but no, its just finished. Very cross - its not as if Im hard on it or use a huge amount to create huge eyebrows ! I just touch in ..... Ridiculous ! Durable yes, long lasting NO! Shocked and cross at the value for money. Not recommended unless you want to spend 14£ a month on an eyebrow pencil ...its cheaper to have semi permanent makeup !
