These leggings are a GODSEND! I'm totally aware they aren't medical equipment. Trust me, I own enough of it. I have POTS, which (among other things) causes blood to pool in my legs. Feeling desperate, I did a quick Google search for compression leggings and ran across these leggings. I ordered two pairs just to try them because I know I like Under Armour products anyway. I had NO idea how much these were going to help with symptom relief!! I wore them to work under my regular pants one night (I work an overnight desk job) and felt relief like I haven't known in ages! I felt good all night because the blood was actually returning to the rest of my body after it went to my legs. If you don't have POTS, you may not understand how big a deal finding something that actually works for symptom relief is, but if you do know what I do because you or someone you love has it, try these leggings! I just ordered four more pairs and am so excited to get them.

Lacks compression. They don't stay up like you'd want. Also dislike that the pocket is only on the right side. I personally like the left side or both. Material is bleh. Disappointing. Would not buy again.

See-through leggings with poor quality material

I wasn't clear these would be see-through leggings. Very uncomfortable as I want to wear these hiking and to the gym, but as they are they cannot be worn outside of the house. If I were seeking see-through workout pants I would seek out retailers famous for that. Huge disappointment after being a very loyal customer for >10 years. For obvious reasons, no pictures, but even my little veins I don't want to admit I have were visible.
