Tacky furniture supplied by a third party not actually M&S. I found that out when I returned it and M&S could not help. Took weeks to return, avoid.

It is excellent. It is just what I wanted. It is solid. The delivery men were kind, efficient, and left it exactly in the place where I wanted it to be. It was unpacked perfectly with the waste disposed of. The stool, that is with it, couldn't be better either. It is the right height and matches and fits perfectly.

Although the furniture seems sturdy enough, it was, unfortunately, very roughly finished over many areas. This is my third order from the Hastings range (I wanted everything to match in the bedroom) and I have found cosmetic defects on each piece. It would appear that there is no, or limited, quality control on them. I have received a partial refund on the furniture and a 'touch up' kit.
