These totally met our requirements being good quality and solid feel, with a small draw for people to use. Ideal for short visits or long stays. I know they are Grey but would love to know the proper colour? so I can match with other things. They arrived fully packed in a strong box at a time for us, Thank you.

Delivery was due 1200-1400, received text at 1130 advising delivery imminent, left office in a hurry, delivery arrived 1250. Driver unaware I'd received this message because the M&S office send the message without driver's knowledge - how does that work? I'm still awaiting call back from lady in M&S office to explain the issue. Invite to do this review received 28/5 and states 'while it's still fresh in your mind' - the delivery was 14 April. Will anyone in M&S read this review and look to improve things... will I get a call back, an apology perhaps?

If you’ve ordered two or more pieces of furniture products, we will aim for one delivery to your address – this is to minimise inconvenience and disruption to you and to help the environment with our Plan A commitment. Your estimated delivery timescale will be shown on the checkout page, before you pay. Our delivery team will deliver furniture to a room of your choice (unless specified as “delivered to your door”), providing social distancing can be maintained. On arrival, the delivery crew will unpack, position and where applicable, assemble your furniture (exclude “delivery only”). This may be subject to change due to government and local lockdowns. Some items are delivered flat packed. These flat packed pieces will need to be assembled by you. You can check this before you order under the ‘Item details’.
We are unable to deliver furniture to the Orkney Islands, internationally, some postcodes (see link) or to our stores for collection. Please allow an additional week for deliveries to Ireland.
