This nine-drawer chest from the Hastings collection offers a comprehensive storage solution with a simple and elegant design. Six larger drawers are arranged in two columns, with a row of three small drawers above, allowing you to store a large quantity of clothes and belongings. The painted finish is available in a range of colours. A curved line between the front legs and small round knobs add cute touches.

This is a beautifully made piece of furniture - sturdy and strong. It helped massively that it was self assembled and I was able to unpack and place it where I needed it. The only downside is that the drawers aren’t huge, so you will have to be strict on the clothes you keep because you may have to purge! But great nonetheless.

Lovely set of drawers, well made and look lovely in the room. However the delivery set up was just awful, and M & S Customer Services were dreadful for this reason I would not buy furniture from them again, it was just so stressful.

Lovely drawer chest which finishes off our bedroom perfectly. Great quality and service. In delivery there was a tiny imperfection which I mentioned to the driver. Within 45 mins someone had called me from M&S to offer various options to resolve the issue. 5 star service from the M&S team!

Nice and very sturdy chest of drawers and looks very stylish in grey. Perfect size for what I needed and I'm really pleased with the choice I made after lots of browsing. It was great to buy some furniture like this that doesn't require self-assembly - it arrived pre-assembled in one piece and the delivery team were great. However it's also extremely heavy for moving around so just be aware for any moving and installing on arrival. It is possible (but a bit fiddly) to take the drawers out if you need to which helps which is what we did.

Nice sturdy piece of furniture however marks easily. I take care of my items and even I’ve managed to mark it after just a few months. It’s a shame the drawers aren’t on metal runners like they are in other cheaper M&S ranges. Good delivery speed and availability too.

Sadly, not well made. Annoyingly, most of the draws are too tight with three of the draws being very tight. It's hard to believe that it passed quality control. I should have returned it but couldn't face the anxiety and upheaval of having it delivered again.

I must admit after reading some of the reviews I was slightly nervous and wondering what state the chest of drawers would be in when they arrived. Thankfully I can say they are perfect and look great in our bedroom, great quality. We bought these while reduced too and that is always a plus point. From initial orderring M & S were great and the delivery guys were spot on.

Build quality
One of the drawer runners is too tight. I have trouble opening it and fear I’ll pull the handle off one day. Unfortunately I can open it up to fix it. Other than that is good.

Great chest of draws as some are too wide as in depth, this is perfect for the bedroom. Decent draw size, only downside is after unpacking on the day of delivery there is some tiny marks on the front, love to have a touch up pot to address these if able to?
