Hastings 3 Drawer Chest

I was very dissatisfied with Marks and Spencer. Delivery men would not take drawers to my bedroom. It stated in your website they would deliver to a room of my choice. So I am returning the item.

Over the last few years I have purchased 7 pieces from the Hastings range and can thoroughly recommend it.. I love it

Drawers were bought for spare bedroom. Nice drawers but were lots of damage to drawers when unpacked. The box was not damaged so my guess it was damaged before packaged.

Tacky, cheap looking and when we tried to return with 2 other items the service went shockingly bad. Worst customer experience ever, complete shambles. Beware M&S don’t supply this furniture, it come via a third party and M&S are quick to wash their hands of it if there’s a complaint/return. Avoid like the plague.

Don’t even think about buying this product, we had two delivered and both had major defects. We cancelled the order after the second one. Its was really disappointing as we had bought the same product a few years back and were happy with it. Whoever is making this needs to step up their quality control. M&S need to have a rethink about this supplier also.

Bought the Hastings dressing table and 6 drawer chest in 2022, wanted to add more but struggled as was 'no longer available' for quite a while. Pleased to find back in stock but quality definitely not as good. Drawers not as smooth to open, and big gaps around when closed. Assume different manufacturers. Made in Vietnam.

Damaged goods received. Corner of unit shipped from warehouse clearly already damaged. Not fault of delivery or packaging. Substandard supplier.

Drawers are a nice inky blue colour. Fairly low in height and would have preferred something between this and the 4 drawer that is too high for what i need. They have a good strong feeling for the money and delivery was very good. Only problem was the paint quality on the front above the top drawer was not great. Like the spray ran out of paint on one of the passes. M&S refunded me a small portion as compensation but also offered to collect and refund so good customer service. I decided to keep them as you can only notice the issue when at the same height really plus we'd thrown the cardboard wrapping away.

Can’t fault these chest of draws! They are super sturdy and look great in my spare room, can fit a lot of clothes in each draw too!

We had been looking at small chests of drawers for a while and found many were overpriced and poorly made. A large number were also self-assembly and did not always have great customer reviews. We came across the Hastings in blue at M&S. It was the right size and a competitive price. The delivery guys were great and brought the unit to the bedroom, unpacked and positioned it and took away the packaging. Fantastic! We're very pleased have would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. A quality piece and good value for money.

Bought 2 sets of drawers and both arrived with defects. Wouldn’t recommend them because of the M&S “customer service”.

It’s a lovely colour I changed the handles and it looks much nicer!

Perfect little chest of drawers. Already assembled so just needed to slot it in place.
