Brilliant medium sized Wok

Flat based wok, not perfect but pretty good

A very neat, not too big wok that works on an induction hob. Easy to use and dishwasher safe. The only downside for me is that to make it sit on the hob it has a flat base so you don't get the full "wok effect" and it doesn't heat perfectly up the sides.

bullet proof pan - had our wok for over 15 years and has outlasted and outperformed the more expensive pans we've ever had. I constantly get a warning from the wife not to destroy her favourite pan each time I use it. These pans are truly indestructible and remain non stick and an easy cook even with my heavy handed and careless cooking style.

I have bought circulon pans before and they are long lasting. I had one foe about 7 years and the non stick started to rub off so I contacted the company as they had a life time guarantee to replace the pan, i didn't think anything i would get anything as it had been a long time since i bought it. They said that they didn't have the same but replaced it with one simpler. I was very happy and recommend them.

This is the second Circulon Total wok I bought as I love the first so much. It is the perfect size for cooking the right amount of food for 2 or 4 people. It is entirely non stick and give my stirfrys the right "wok" flavour.
