[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having switched to an induction hob a couple of years back, I had struggled until now to find a non-stick stock pot that worked well on it. 24 cm but base fits 21 cm induction plate. Excellent non stick property and cleaned white sauce v easily. Not too heavy for a large pan and it can be used in the oven. I think it will be v useful for batch cooking and also jam making.

I do love this pot and use it in the oven to cook casseroles as well as for soups on top of the hob. But and it is a small but ... could have been better with an outlet, ie a small hole in the lid to release steam ie like my old Jamie Oliver pan had.

I have this pan for almost 20 years. It is great for making rice, as a stock pot and also for one pot stew. It is robust and solid while light in weight. It is also great value for money. I recently bought this pan again for my son who is getting the bug of cooking. I highly recommend Circulon products of which I have several .
