Decently long lasting through all terrain even if not labled as waterproof. My Best suggestion if you have consistent ankle/Achilles problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] True to size. The foam cushioning makes it a perfect lightweight shoe for short runs and light training. I love them for everyday wear and going for long walks in the park you feel so light on your feet you don't feel the miles walked. I would rate other Asics runners higher if you want a runner that provides a more bouncy cushioning to unleash your speed. The Asics GT-1000 15 is a very practical and comfy runner for everyday wear and long walks, if this is what ypu are looking for you can't go wrong!
