You work it into your nails starting at your cuticle rubbing and working it in. Letting it sit for a short time. You can easily push your cuticles back. Simply wash your hands and dry thoroughly. Apply the glow and grow. Two coats is perfect. It gives the look of pink & whites that is commonly done at nail salons! It suggests two applications per week for adequate nail growth! However, I've had significant nail growth with just one application a week! The glow and grow honestly lasts a solid week. No chips, no wear & tear! This set is absolutely impeccable!

The Vit C has seemed to help with hang nails and moisturizes quite well! My nails look and feel thicker and stronger. I only used it on one hand to compare, and they are definitely in better shape with less breakage. The glow and grow smells like typical polish, and the vit c has a very light orange scent, and neither lingers for long. My daughter had also been using the glow and grow as a bottom coat, and she loves it. She said her nails have never felt better.

I needed something for my nails to stay strong from all the cleaning and dishes I do and my nails always chip. So hair they haven’t and it great.
