Nice but no staying power

I got some ginger body care recently and LOVED the fresh fragrance and how lovely it made me feel so upon getting a 20% discount code, thought I'd treat myself to the perfume. It smells gorgeous but it doesn't seem to have any clout like an actual perfume. This obviously needs a higher oil content and I wish I had read previous reviews that confirmed this as it is a very weak perfume instead. It will get used up in no time as I have to drench myself in it to notice the scent and even then, my husband has to sniff right near my neck when I ask if he can smell it on me. Quite disappointed as Origins is my go to brand but this is a let down and expensive too even after the discount I received. I wish I could return but alas, I will just have to use it up but unfortunately would not spend the money on this again and just keep buying the body lotion and soufflé as then I will enjoy the same fragrance and notice it when I wear it instead of when I use this mild scented water spritz. What a shame

It's lost its zing

This used to be so fresh with a real ginger scent. It is now much softer and sweeter and has lost its zing. So disappointed as it was my favourite. Now have a bottle of cheap granny scent.

Fabulous fragrance

I was looking for something different in scent but not too strong. Origins Ginger essence is perfect, it's fresh gingery smell is delightful, then the bergamot and lemon linger, not overpowering. I was ordering another Origins product when I spotted this fragrance, using the 20% discount made it a must buy. I like Origins products because their skin products are mainly organic, hope this is too.

Bought for my daughter along with other Origins products. Such a lovely and unusual fragrance, I have been buying this for several years now - not something you immediately think of when you say ginger, but it is truly a lovely fragrance suitable for both day and evening wear. In a lovely shaped bottle and a good size for the price, but certainly not a cheap fragrance. Fragrance is also long lasting. Beautiful priduct

I love the freshness of this fragrance. I use this after the ginger body wash and the ginger body soufflé and I love it. the smaller bottle can be thrown in your bag to top up during the day/evening should you wish to do so. Although this is a lovely light fragrance I do use it all year round, it's is just heavenly.

This is a lovely warm scent which I bought as I already use the Ginger Gloss body oil. I have only given it 4 stars as I feel it doesn't last very long, and I have to reapply it frequently.
