Gentle Eye Makeup Remover 100ml

It works quickly to remove eye makeups. And it's gentle on the eyes, and doesn't irritate even if it accidentally gets into my eyes

Have tried every trick in the book to get the cover off this, and it will not come off. Will have to get someone to cut it off. Pretty disappointed.

I have been using this for years and it is still the best gentle eye makeup remover.

I personally think this remover is great. I did the trick when removing my waterproof eye makeup and I had really low expectations, especially considering past reviews for this product. What worked for me is that I applied it to a cotton round and smeared it across each eye and let it sit for about 30 seconds, gently massage, and then it seemed to melt away quite nicely. I followed up with a cleansing balm.

This is the worst eye makeup remover I have tried. I specifically asked the sales rep for advice regarding which product to buy to remove the Estée Lauder mascara I had bought the previous week. I asked about Take It Away and she said this was better. It is useless on waterproof mascara. A very expensive mistake which has put me off the brand as I feel as though I was mis-sold in order to increase sales of this ineffective product. Very disappointed. I'll probably go back to using my previous brand.

This product is a 10 star product. It is do gentle and refreshing. It's my first time using it and I highly recommend.

Due to this product is very mild and cannot completely remove the mascara on the eye, it needs to scrub the eyes. This causes the corners of the eyes to become sensitive and red.

I only wear waterproof eyeliner and regular mascara, never eyeshadow. I needed a specific eye makeup remover before I cleanse. This product takes forever to remove my eye makeup with lots of rubbing which is not good for the eye area. I have a full bottle now that won't get used. I have waisted my money. I purchased this online at Myer. The description should be more specific and say 'does not remove waterproof eye makeup'. Very disappointed.

I have been using this eye makeup remover for several months, after trying lots of others and I love it, I have really sensitive eyes and I find it removes my eye make up and mascara very well without irritation.

I'll start by saying I'm a loyal Estée Lauder customer. However, I received this as part of a free gift with purchase, and it's the worst I've ever used. It doesn't even remove Estée Lauder's own eyeliner. Anything from the drugstore would be better, I'm sorry to say. Save your money!

I received this in the Blockbuster and I use it every day to remove my eye makeup. It works great and I find I don't have to rub to hard at all it gently wipes the eye makeup off

Was very disappointed to find that this did not remove my waterproof mascara. I had to use my Mary Kay eye makeup remover to get the job done. Thought you were a higher quality brand, guess not. You need to state that it does not remover waterproof mascara.

Wanted to like this like other Estee Lauder products but this really did not work a single bit at removing my eye makeup. I typically only wear mascara and this product didn't work at all so this remover is pretty much useless to me unfortunately. My guess is that it doesn't work on waterproof makeup. It would be nice if this was indicated on the product but now it feels like a complete waste...
