This candle smells lovely, really Christmassy. It is in a nice gold holder which shimmers in the light of the flame. Would make a nice present. I got mine free with a Sparks card offer - so definitely value for money!! :D

Plain candle
No, I don't recommend this
The Francinsence & Myrrh range this Christmas is nowhere near as good as previous years. These candles and the others in the range don't have anywhere near the same scent. I only bought these after Christmas as there was 50% off but I wouldn't have paid full price for them. I have been buying this range for several years but next Christmas I will be shopping elsewhere as there are much better candles out there.

I have bought these candles for years as the scent is lovely. The only problem with the candle is they do not burn evenly, even though I make sure the whole surface of the candle has melted before blowing them out they still just melt down the middle. I am not the only person who has found this problem on all M & S candles. If this problem was fixed it would be excellent ratings all round.
