How to Use: Soak feet in warm water for 15-20 minutes, lightly dry, then choose the file that suits your needs - Coarse File (Grater Finish): Support in tackling tough calluses and rough, hardened skin, using in an up-and-down motion to aid in exfoliation.

Fine Side (Sandpaper Finish) - Perfect for a softer, more gentle exfoliation of the skin after using the coarse side.

I love this! It’s pink and sturdy and does the job. I also figured out how the cover collects all the skin from when you’re filing hard skin on your feet. Ive bought another one as well to have spare. Please keep these in stock, great as stocking fillers at Christmas time. Nice one M&S 🤩
