Our Steamed Prawn Dim Sum are made with a rice pastry known as har gow, which becomes translucent and sticky once cooked. Each handmade steamed rice dumpling is filled with tiger prawns and fragrant vegetables. Our rigorous sourcing policy, Forever Fish, protects oceans and works to improve the sustainability of fisheries.
