Made in France from the milk of Lacaune sheep, this Roquefort Révélation is matured in the limestone caves of the Combalou mountain, where cool, humid conditions allow its flavour to develop slowly and naturally. Produced and matured in Roquefort, it showcases the very best of this iconic cheese.

Papillon, our supplier, creates their own penicillium roqueforti using rye bread baked in their own bakery, giving this cheese its distinctive character. Pockets of blue‑green mould run through the soft, buttery paste, delivering a complex flavour with fruity, floral and savoury umami notes. Rich yet elegant, it’s delicious served with ripe pears or figs, or paired with a glass of M&S Classics Crémant de Bourgogne.

Storage information
