Our Roquefort Revelation is made in France from the milk of Lacaune sheep and matured in the limestone caves of the Combalou mountain. Pockets of blue-green mould create a wonderfully complex flavour with fruity, umami and floral notes, making this soft, rich and buttery cheese a true revelation. Enjoy on a cheeseboard, paired with a sweet wine or a powerful red such as a robust Languedoc.
