Our Collection Scottish Beetroot, Horseradish and Dill Smoked Salmon adds a vibrant twist to a classic favourite. Responsibly sourced from Scottish waters, each slice is expertly cured and twice smoked over oak wood shavings in a traditional kiln by our Master Smoker. Marinated in beetroot and horseradish, then dressed with dill and lemon zest, this smoked salmon delivers a refreshing and flavour-filled finish.

Storage information

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
