Poor quality but good customer service
This was a gift and I was told by the recipient that the roses never opened and the poinsettia died within days of receipt. I contacted customer service and they refunded me so I've given a star for that

The arrangement was OK but there was no card with it so the recipient didn't know who it was from. Such a shame as it was a surprise Christmas present and it was only in conversation mid-January that she realised it was from us. I have proof of the words I wrote to put on the card.

Bought for my elderly parents at Christmas. Unfortunately all the plants were in a poor condition. The rose was dead by the 28th Dec and the Amaryllis wasn't far behind. My Mother is an excellent gardener and knows how to look after plants so I'm sure it was not neglect. I will stick to sending food/hampers next time.
