Shocking quality after 1 wear

Lovely dress, however the colour is not as pictured it is a much deeper / darker pink and red. My main issue is the quality, I’ve worn the dress once and is has bobbled all over the back of the dress making it completely unwearable again. For the price I’d expect to wear it more than once! I have contacted customer services who said I need to take it into a store to try to return it as faulty.
