The shirring at the waste is a bit odd on me
The colour, pattern and material of this dress was nice, really liked the cap sleeves, but the shirring at the waist, albeit a good idea to look nipped in at the waist, did not lay flat so looked a bit odd.

Very pretty dress suitable for summer, midi length, which is very flattering. I like the style and print. The only problem is the buttonholes are not very well sewn and the spare button was missing from the plastic pocket, otherwise I would have given it a higher rating.
