Not flattering!
No, I don't recommend this
The petite size was perfect but unfortunately the elasticated waist was not flattering at all and kept riding up. Apart from being uncomfortable it made me look as if I was expecting which I'm not so it'll have to be returned.

Only tried it on has its for my holidays in September but i would have liked pockets. My type of dress just pull over your head a bit too long buts that's the norm now so will have to pay for it to be shorter by about 2 inch

This is a beautiful dress lovely colour, I have only one criticism of nearly every dress of this style, ie V- neck, why do they make the neckline so low, not everyone wants to show cleavage, especially when you are getting older, had to modify mine a bit, luckily I was able to do that. Having said that I love this dress and will get lots of wear out of it .

Pretty dress, good material, fits a little big - I am 12/14 and the 12 fits fine. It’s described as button through which is what I need due to awaiting shoulder surgery but the only buttons that undo are just from neck down to shirring, however I will keep for later. Unfortunately the two front edges don’t meet evenly, which I will be able to adjust, but disappointing - hence one star removed.
