Floral Burnout A-Line Skirt

Just what I need to go with my new Navy jumper, great fit and style, well made with good lining

This skirt ticks every box for me. The fabric is pretty, soft and fluid. The skirt is lined, which is great. The godet style is my absolute favourite and 84cm length perfect for me. I love it.

Gorgeous, easy to wear skirt. Well made. Can wear casual with a tee shirt, or dress it up with a blouse.

This skirt had nearly all the qualities to be a great success - a good shape and style and length - and pretty fabric. Unfortunately though, the seams across the tummy area did not lie flat and indeed showed through a lightweight plain top which I tried on with it. With a flatter seam around the tummy area this would have been a "must have" . As it was though, I sadly returned the skirt.

Very pretty print, colours will go with a variety of blue/grey/white shades. It drapes very nicely and fits well although the waist is a little larger. However, the fit over the hips is quite snug so the skirt is not loose. I am very pleased with it. The material is soft and feminine.

It is fabulous, very full and feminine, lovely pale colours will go with most tops, I love it!

I really like this skirt even though it's a bit big around the waist. I'm a pear shape so maybe that's why. I find it flattering for my figure and I like the patterned material which will go with lots of my tops. I am 5'8" tall and this skirt comes to mid shin on me. I'm very pleased about that as I'm too old to wear skirts above my knee any more and I hate maxi skirts that drag on the floor or trip me up. I have bought several different colours although my bank balance will not thank me for it. I think it is overpriced but I still bought it because I didn't want to risk waiting for the sale and there being none left in my size.

I chose to buy this skirt because of the comfortable style, and I have a similar one from a couple of years ago. My original size 8 fits well. I have ordered this one in two lengths and in size 8. My question would be what is size 8 as both were at least 2" too big on the waist and if the skirt is slid down to the hip the length changes. With regret, both were returned.

Not worn this skirt yet but fit is good - size 12 - though think it might be cooler without polyester petticoat lining as iskirt itself is not a 'see through' cotton so altogether make me feel too hot in it. May cut out lining!

The material and quality of the skirt was good but unfortunately the style just looked frumpy. I sent it back.

I love this skirt, it is so comfortable to wear and very stylish too. At my age I like comfort foremost but also like to look as though it is an 'up to the minute' item. The material is soft and flowing and I would recommend it to anyone like me who likes to look good but also feel comfie.

I ordered a 16 and I don't think that a smaller size would fit on the hips. The waist is a bit too big, and as it is elasticated it could have been a little smaller. I do not have an hour-glass figure, but it is still a bit loose. May have to look into inserting some extra elastic in the waistband. Otherwise, it hangs beautifully, but it would have been nice if the lining followed the shape better. It is a bit skimpy.

I just love Burnout fabric skirts! The material always hangs beautifully. I was very disappointed that there wasn't an option of a 69 cm length, as is the case of many M&S skirts. Please do more 69 cm (27 ins) length skirts. Thank you!
