Flocked Floral Panelled Skirt

I bought this for my Mum's 91st birthday. Her specific requirements are elasticated waist, 27inch length and size 8 so we are a bit restricted. Good old M&S always have something nice. She loved it! There are so many coloured tops she can match it with.

I liked this skirt so much that I now have it in two lengths, 30 and 33 inch. This might seem extravagent but I needed the longer length for when I wear my boots. I could have gone down a size but having ordered my regular size decided to keep it because all sizes seemed to be running out fast.,and I didn't want to be without it. In any case during the winter months I wear extra clothes( thick tights, thermal leggings etc.) so decided my regular size 20 would be just fine. The colours are lovely and looks lovely with black, mauve or cerise.It is warm and cosy and I have had lots of compliments. I am well pleased!

I really like this skirt but where are all the longer lengths. 36" is not even listed, although 39" is, but there is none in stock. Please stock more longer length skirts. We do not all want to show our legs.

At last I managed to find this skirt in my size and preferred length. It is the first skirt that I have bought from Marks in a while after a very disappointing summer selection. It is a lovely skirt, very cosy in gorgeous colours and looks much better than its picture. I will get plenty of wear out of it this season.

I really like the material and pattern a go anywhere style BUT where have all the 39inch length skirts gone?? I have bought a 33inch length but would much prefer the longer length and as all of these disappeared very quickly surely there is a message M&S we want longer length skirts!! I hoped there would be more added to stock but so far no luck. I would like to change mine for longer but am keeping for now as the colours are very pretty..

This looks extremely daggy in the photos and I would have hesitated about ordering it, had I not read Carolyn's review. So Aussie thanks are winging their way to Shropshire! This is one of M&S's better skirts this year, I think. In reality, the colors are crisp and vibrant, the fabric soft and plush, and the style and cut are very flattering. I went down a size, and it fits my hourglass shape perfectly. It looks especially fabulous with the black fluffy jumper I've just finished knitting :)

Please disregard the photo for this lovely skirt where the model looks as if she is wearing two sizes too large. These skirts are perhaps the very best that M&S do in this range, always very well made, good hardwearing fabric that washes easily and after a light iron on the reverse looks as good as new. I very much like the colours in this version will go with so very many bright tops that I already own. Sizing as is usual with this skirt is on the generous side so you might well find that trying on a size smaller would be worthwhile. The shape is a good A-line with a little bit of a flare in the hemline, very flattering on my hourglass shape. Very strongly recommend. Excellent price.
