I bought a pair of size 12 slippers (this design) a couple of months ago and they were very big - so I felt confident that I'd be ok with an 11 - but unfortunately they are way too small - I think probably less than a 10. So a wasted purchase

Just lovely, cosy warm and comfortable. The colours were nice. It was just a shame you didn't have them in store, I missed out on a 20% discount on my purchase as I had already used it in store on another item.
