Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The roses arrived in a dormant state which was preferable to previous flower deliveries where water seeped everywhere. However I was disappointed at how spindly the stems were and just one stem of eucalyptus was sad, notwithstanding that the roses lasted for a very long time and came to life beautifully. I bought the arrangement for myself to honour my late husband, who adored flowers, at this special time of year. Would I buy the bouquet again, yes very probably but I would like to see sturdier stems and more than one spray of eucalyptus.

I was very disappointed when I saw the flowers a few days after delivery to my sister. There was very little greenery and the roses were very small. For the cost I wish I had picked up a bouquet from the store and hand delivered them.
