Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Although the idea of the bouquet was beautiful, I was disappointed by 2 out of the 4 lily stems didn’t blossom and simply died. These were a gift for my mum at Christmas as lilies are her favourite.

Bought as a Christmas gift. Delivered on specified day. Flowers were in bud yet to open, which is good as they will last longer but it did mean they looked a bit sparse on delivery. Perhaps a little extra greenery would have made the gift look nicer.

The flowers arrived in bud but with drooping heads, so very dissapointing to receive. when they tried to flower the heads then broke off completely. These flowers were sent as a gift and this was embaressing to me as the sender. Definately below the quality expected. So I certainly would not recommend after this experience.

Lovely Looking Bouquet from the pictures. Sent this to a friend who was going through a challenging time. Friend sent me pics when flowers opened. To my uttermost dismay the likies were off-white and not red as advertised on website! Waste of money, but more so, upsetting. M&S need to review their suppliers!

The flowers were a present to a very dear friend who was recovering at home, from a major operation. I hoped that the flowers would give her some happiness over Christmas, but unfortunately they were a great disappointment on not flowering and the leaves drooping!!
