A beautiful piece of furniture, well made, superbly packed and erected on site by delivery staff.

The console table is great quality, I am really happy with my purchase. It looks a lot more expensive than the retail price. Also I was pleased to find the delivery drivers assembled this for us which took the stress out of trying to put this heavy item together.

This console table was exactly what I was looking for, to fill a space, without taking too much space! Check the measurements to make sure it will work for you, and do put your best (of the two) marble shelf on the top (each will be unique). Although a little tricky to assemble, (as you need to build the frame and secure the two marble shelves), it's a great stylish piece, with the white marble and grey grain.

It’s beautiful and is of good quality. We particularly like the marble and it fits in well with our living room.

Perfect size for a narrow hallway and reasonably priced too.

This table delivered 13 July was a replacement for one of the same delivered 23 April which unfortunately had repairs to small chips on the top shelf. My new delivery is fine, and undamaged but sadly has very mis-matched top and lower shelves. It would have been better if the two shelves had been matched up with a similar appearance. The top one is very plain with little marble patterning. The bottom shelf is much more attractive with the darker streaks in the marbling.

I ordered this lovely table in January, and it was delivered two days ago. After unpacking all the parts I realised that on the surface of the top shelf there were several groups of small white blotches, some only as big as a pin head, but a very white white, not like the "white" of the marble. I didn't dare use a damp cloth to try and get them off as it says not to get the surface wet. Rubbing my finger along the surface you could feel how different they were from the rest of the smooth marble. (They look/feel like filler). They are noticeably a different surface. I called M & S and told them about this and they agreed without question to replace the table. I will get delivery of the next one in July!! (I understand that so many items like this come from the Far East, so it takes time.) I would just caution other purchasers to check the surface of the table. If it had been the lower shelf I think I would have lived with it. I would recommend this table, but with caution. The star ratings I give are unfortunate. Without the white blotches it would be 5 stars.

Really happy with this console. I also purchased the nest of tables and I’m going to get the coffee table too. We read a review which states that the marble was stained by red wine so we sealed ours with this tin of stuff that I painted on, I have children so spills are always happening. Couldn’t be more pleased, and I’m very fussy.

We recently received this after returning a very flimsy and faulty console table from West Elm. This is similar to that in design but is of much better quality, prettier and you get so much value for your money. Very happy with this!

Such good quality and easy service with 2 man delivery and set up.

This is a good heavy item which adds a contemporary feel to our hallway. Very happy with the quality and the marble is elegant - both the marble and framework is matt finish.
