Evie Checked 7/8th Trousers

I liked the look of these on the App and the quality and material are good. The fit is not so great if your curvy, no problem if you are athletic with no hips. I’m a 10 and although this fits the pockets pull a little on the hip even though the waist is roomy.

I bought these in standard length rather than my usual short length as I wanted them longer than 7/8. They are perfect as normal length trousers. Very smart check design, heavy fabric. Will be perfect for cold , winter days

These trousers are a perfect fit-love the high waist and the straight leg. I am 5'7 and ordered the long length so they sit slightly above my shoe. Just order a shorter length for a true ankle grazer. Love the brown check pattern-and good value with 20% off. Please carry on making these!

These are lovely heavyweight winter trousers. I ordered the long and they were ankle grazer on me at 5’6”. They are a perfect fit and hang well. Unfortunately I found the check a bit loud for me and the pattern did not match at the side seam. I am returning them and ordering Evie in a plain colour, as I really like the fit.

I really struggle to find trousers that fit me properly as I'm only 5"2, especially wider-legged trousers. However these are perfect and so comfortable. I initially purchased the short ones in a size 8, which were the advertised 7/8 length, and although they looked fine I realised I wouldn't wear them as much as a full length trouser and was more limited as to the choice of shoe to wear with them. So I ordered the regular length and they were exactly what I was after. They're advertised as straight leg but I found them to be a bit wider than you might expect from that description. That wasn't a problem for me as they have a lovely 40s style look. The material is surprisingly thick and warm, and the checks are pattern matched perfectly all the way around. Good quality as usual from Marks and Spencers - I'm off to buy some more in the other colours!

I was really disappointed that these trousers didn't fit me in my normal size, (10), in fact I couldn't even fasten them up! I guess it must be me, having read previous reviews. The material is quite thick and heavy - a proper winter pair of trousers - and I would imagine that they would be very warm. I'm not going to try a larger size as I also ordered the Freya relaxed fit trousers in 2 different designs and they fit perfectly, so I'm more than happy with them. So, unfortunately, my Evie trousers will have to be returned.

I love this trousers, lovely material and fashionable fit and pattern. The 7/8 length in a regular is fine for me at 5'7".

I bought the trousers to match the blazer I bought at the same time. Very happy with the purchase, excellent material and perfect fit.

These are great and look really fashionable. They are a brown background with red and black checks, which look good with browns, oranges and reds. I'm 5' 6" and the trousers are just above ankle length on me. They're a heavier weight than I expected so definitely more Autumn than Spring or Summer. I love them!

These are great trousers. Lovely to wear to work and very stylish and comfortable.

Evie trousers fit me perfectly I can safely order them on line knowing they will fit. I've become a bit more bold with my colour choices and I really like these. The material is thicker than my other Evie trousers so will be better in autumn. I really look forward to the new colours as they come out. I have a pair in green and was complemented at work as to how nice I looked. That doesn't happen often from the men I work with!! Not worn or washed them yet. Not had a problem washing my other Evie trousers.
