I carry this is my bag and is a great pick me up! When I want a nice scent boost throughtout the day, it's quick and effortless. The scent is long lasting when rolled on behind the ear and neck.

No, I don't recommend this
Bought this in the sale after the rave reviews as needed an energy boost at the time. I found it didn't improve my energy levels or concentration and I actually ended up having a day where I struggled with my usual tasks and a headache to boot. I wouldn't recommend this as it's a bit on the pricey side for what it is too.
