Shoes fit great, and they are very comfortable. People in previous reviews mentioned they fee like flippers which I can agree they do a bit, but I use them for hiking. Boots feel that way on concrete too. My issue with these shoes lies with the website. They are advertised as black but they are clearly navy blue. Just say they are navy. Then if someone is really in the market for a black shoe will pick another option.

Purchased these as my main walking shoe but ended up using them to run on turf and also transitioned them into my yard or outdoor work shoe. Not glamours or sleek looking like many of the other models, but it is a solid lets get muddy type of shoe that stands up to the elements.

These shoes are very comfortable and seem to be well made. I was under the impression that they are black and tan from the pictures provided or some shade of black. When I received the shoes they are definitely navy blue. Bit of a let down.

I used these to walk the Coast of Anglesey over 8 days. Very comfortable and supportive. Great grip and easy to dry when wet ! Also I never got any blisters which was an added bonus 🙌

I bought this shoe for traveling around south east Asia. It’s a great blend for long walking days, moderate hikes and airport travel. They cushioning on the sole is great but does take up space (compared to a knit runner), so if you’re traveling carry on only you’ll have to wear them on travel days. Overall very happy with these shoes.

Finally found a shoe that's narrow enough for my foot, all I've been Reading about the issue is how narrow it is, well narrow is what I've been needing and this shoe is that.

These shoes look great with shorts and black socks. I like the traditional laces with no waterproofing, so my feet can breath on hot days. Only negative a bit narrow and the tongue and move around if not tight tight enough.

After putting over 750 km on my Outpulse over the winter I settled on the Elixir Activ for summer. It is well constructed and thoughtfully designed. I did find it surprisingly narrow right out the box, and after 50 km it hasn't changed. I had to leave the bottom eyelet empty in order to get the width I needed and get the laces into the last eyelet in order to get a good heel lock. I may steal the laces out of my Outpulse mids to see if it helps. Cushioning has been excellent and grip in mixed dry conditions has been good. Despite my issues with the width I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shoe.
