Disappointed and embarrassed
I bought this as a gift. After giving it to the parents, they were unsure if it was suitable for newborns. I checked on your website but there was no advice. So I checked on the maker’s website. It is suitable for newborns but not suitable for a cot or crib. This advice should be readily available on your website and I would not have purchased it if I had known.
