Eight Hour® Cream Skin Protectant 50ml

Feels beautiful on my lips,eye brows and hands/cuticles.

For cuticles, scrapes, etc. I kept my tube for years until I ran it out and you only need a little each time.

Very greasy and heavy, not a fan of this skin protectant or of this line of skin care.

I have been using this product for years when necessary. It’s not something I necessarily use every day but it’s a great all rounder - lip salve, antiseptic ointment, ragged cuticals, chapped hands (with gloves on at night) and my husband thinks it’s magic for infection bites and cuts and graze.

Received as a gift set and just could not get beyond the “fragrance”. The skin protectant has the consistency of Vaseline and the colour and smell of motor oil. The hand cream isn’t much better, smell wise. I’m afraid this will not be part of any skincare routine for me.

I have been using this cream for at least 40 years.

I luuuurve this stuff! Its great for cuticles, dry lips, cracked skin on feet and even spot bite marks from summer insects. I subscribed to it cos I hate running out! Give it a try 😉

The product is greasy like Vasoline. It is not a cream, but rather a greasy substance.

After years of acrylic and gel nails my own nails were shocking, peeling and breaking with no strength at all. So I read that moisturising your cuticles was beneficial for your nails… the nail oils didn’t work, but this did. I now have long nails which are strong and look fabulous! Highly recommend 8 hour protectant, be patient and it will work.

Great quality cream. Skin gets silky filling after use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is super cute and makes it mess free and easy to use. The application and ingredients are also great and has helped my skin feel so hydrated and smooth.

8 hour cream smells awful - like Vaseline, which is basically it's main ingredient- 56%, along with mineral oil, lanolin, and the preservativeBHT along with small amounts of other things. Cera Ve healing cream however is only 46% petroleum and includes ceramides and hyaluronic acid along with other decent stuff, does NOT have that funny smell, and costs waaaaayyyy less. I don't get the "cult" following of this overpriced product. Bet this review does not get posted.

I'm new to Elizabeth Arden and I thought I'd try out the Eight Hour products. All really great and they really last all day. I'm already looking into what else is available.
