I bought this for my safari trip in South Africa. I was bitten and used this and it worked really well ... removing the itch, gentle to my skin and lasted a long time. I've used it on my face and was happy with the protection it gave

I’ve been using 8 hour cream for about seven years now. It’s the only product that agrees with my skin and keeps it soft and lovely, It’s particularly great in winter to avoid chapped lips and hands. It’s also brilliant as a primer! Honestly, I’m obsessed with this product and would recommend it to anyone, especially my dry skinned queens! Also, my dad who is over 80 had been suffering with very dry, scaly patches on his bald patch and has started using 8 hour cream and it’s cleared it right up!

Ive been using this product for years on myself and 2 girls. Now on my grandchildren. Its remarkable.

I recall Elizabeth Arden as a beauty brand from the 80s and I am also vegetarian so my expectations were low and I was a little reluctant to use the product. But it is truly a protectant cream! You can really smell the lanolin in it, but it’s not like slathering talllow on your skin. In the end the smell fades and you don’t really smell it after a while. I use it at night on my hands, elbows, and feet before bed and it really works well to soften my dry, ashy skin. When this tube is gone I will definitely buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed using this cream on the sides of my nose where I get dry spots as well as under my eyes for a nice refresh and give some more life. I will say this cream is very thick and does not soak into skin that easily so I liked to use while being out and about rather than before bed. My boyfriend even enjoyed this cream and would use on him face and neck after shaving since he is very prone is redness, dryness and cuts after shaving and he said this helped soothe those areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The texture and effectiveness reminded me of aquaphor. I really liked the nice packaging. Ingredients were okay. But I just couldn’t get over the scent. I am also pregnant so I have been a little sensitive in that area I hope it is just that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like the original Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant, but I just couldn’t get past the earthy, heavy scent. I’m not a fan of strongly fragranced products, and unfortunately, this one wasn’t for me.

I love this product and have used it for quite a few years now. It makes your skin look and feel great.
