Crisp bedding is fine, but this fabric, even after washing, has what I can only describe as a slightly brushed finish, but not in a pleasant way.... not at all the smooth feeling of Egyptian cotton.... wish I'd returned before washing...

The quality is incredible. Buttery soft fabric. Washes well and I never iron them as there is no need to. You just need to put the on the duvet and pillows. I generally run my hands across the fabric when it’s been put on the bed which smooths out any little creases. Sleeping in this bedding is the best it gets.

This bedding is wonderful. The cotton is crisp, smooth and so far has not really creased during use. It fees cool to the touch, which I like, and despite being plain white still looks smooth after a week on the bed. The zip fastener is brilliant as I particularly dislike button fastenings. There is a tiny loop in each corner of the cover but although I have an M&S quilt with tabs on the corners (although mine only has 3?) meant to hold the corners in place, I have no idea how a 4" tab with a button on the end it will hold a quilt in place without a buttonhole anywhere 🤔
