Duffle Bag

It was a great bag, until it wasn't. . . . . The handles have begun to disintegrate, leaving little flecks of faux leather all over everything. Pending a response on my claim for their "lifetime warranty".

The leather handles start peeling after only months of use. Other than that it's a great bag. Unfortunately it just sits in my closet collecting dust due to the "leather" handles completely deteriorating.

excellent bag

My previous Herschel bag quality is awesome. The zipper is strong and the material can handle everything. I’ve traveled with that bag all over the world. It was time to replace it and get a new one. The replacement is not the same quality as the old one. The zippers and the material feel cheaper. I’m not real confident that this one will last as long as the previous one.

Vegan leather straps fall apart over time. Warranty will not replace item because of it.
