It’s good for lifting obvs but if you wear them for too long they start to hurt. I also have a high arch so it’s different for everyone and it’s my first pair of strictly flat weight lifting shoes so it felt new to me. Good for flat feet tho, decent support. I’m also recovering from ankle sprain so you can take it with a pinch of salt but point still stands.

These shoes are terrible. I have always used Nanos for training and based upon reviews, thought I’d give these a shot. What a mistake. They are so uncomfortable and not supportive. The backs of these shoes go so high and rub in the wrong spot. I wore them for a week of training activities hoping they would break in. Even with high socks they rubbed the back of my heel/ankles so bad they are covered in blood. What a waste of money, don’t waste your money on these. They are expensive and not worth it at all. Now I’m out money and have useless shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the hard, solid bottom of this shoe. Helps me feel really secure in my training. Double edged sword, though, because the shoe is somewhat inflexible. It sort of feels like stomping as you walk as a result. I use this for Les Mills Bodypump and Core (generally staying in one place or not going far), would not recommend for classes where you need to move fast. Also, the back of the heel is high and the material is inflexible so contact with the shoe required taller socks for me to avoid blisters. Look is as described: pretty.

BEST training shoes for stability by far! The back of the heel is a little rough but with cushioned socks you're good to go! The thing that made me rate it lower is the fact that they're not very durable. I only had them for a few months and the toes are already scratched up bad and paint from the wall where I did wall walks stained the whole front. Also, I just saw this week that some of the seams are coming apart from one of the three stripes. I REALLY wanted to love them but they are starting to let me down way sooner than expected.
