Great but long!

Lovely material, nice and light and flows and adore the colour. But VERY long. Will have to spend extra getting them hemmed

These looked very nice on and I was very pleased with them at first. However after pulling them up post toilet trip, the drawstring on one side pulled straight out when I went to re-tie. Clearly not well stitched. Such a shame. The returns process is not working properly on the website so rather than the postal return I requested it is saying I have to return to a store 20 miles from where I live.

Nice trousers but why so long in the leg?

Nice colour, quality and fit around the bottom - but why so long in the leg? I'm a size 14, 1.69m tall and ordered a size 14 regular fit. As I don't wear 6" heels ever, I've had to get them shortened by almost 3 cm (I live in trainers).
